Vantage Point Software Corporation (VP Software) is a Business Software Solution Provider specializing in the development and distribution of software for the Human Resources Industry. HRA is a Human Resources Management Software Program and is the flagship product of the company.

VP Software began operation in 1991 in Vancouver, Canada and has been solely developing, selling and distributing HRA since 1993. Prior to 1993 VP Software was also involved in Software Consulting for Custom Software Applications. VP Software now has hundreds of clients in the U.S., Canada and several other countries around the world.

Bruce Anderson is the Founder, President and CEO of VP Software. Mr. Anderson was the original designer and developer of HRA, initially known as HR Advantage. Mr. Anderson studied both Business Administration and Computer Sciences at the UBC in Vancouver, Canada. He then moved to Australia. While in Australia, Mr. Anderson worked in various Sales & Marketing Positions before starting his own Computer Hardware and Software business. He built up and then sold that business to a large office supply company in Australia for whom he worked for a year to complete the transaction. Mr. Anderson then returned to Canada and formed Vantage Point Software Corporation (VP Software).

Bruce Ferguson is the Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Manitoba with a double major in both Sciences and Statistics. Mr. Ferguson worked at Mitel and ITT for over 10 years, then 6 years with a communications software firm in various Marketing roles before family matters took Mr. Ferguson to Vancouver where he met Mr. Anderson in the early days of VP Software. Mr. Ferguson brings a wealth of experience in both marketing and statistics to VP Software.

VP Software has its head office in Vancouver, Canada with branch offices in San Francisco, CA and Cloverdale, Canada. In addition, VP Software has business partners across the US, Canada and several other countries. VP Software is in the process of being renamed to Vantage Point Software Strategies.

Since inception, VP Software has been known for working closely with their clients and delivering a high level of Customer Service and Support and continues to strive to maintain that reputation on a daily basis.
