Integrated Timesheets with Manager Approval Process

More and more we were seeing a need for Employee Timesheets to be an integrated component of HRA. Our Clients wanted to be able to input their employees’ timesheets into HRA and have the information flow throughout HRA, into the employee records and into payroll. We added the Time & Attendance Module to achieve this. This module is included within HRA - it is not an add-on.

Managers can be given access to their own employees for input and/or review of their employee timesheets. Each employee can be scrutinized for the current or any previous time period. Employees can also be given their own controlled access to their timesheets within HRA. The information entered flows into HRA on each employee’s file plus it can be exported directly to payroll for processing without any further data input. The HRA administrator can control who inputs and views what information according to the company policy and requirements.

There is also a Manager Approval Process within the Time & Attendance Module to ensure that the information is managed and controlled properly. Please ask for more details if you are interested in this.
