You pay a monthly subscription fee for access to your own customized version of HRA. There is no Web Server for you to buy nor IT staff to hire.There is no software for you to install. Your HRA is available from anywhere in the world and the software and hardware are maintained and secured by us in a highly secure, co-location (web hosting facility). Through our systems and expertise, we ensure that you have 24/7 access to your HRA information.

Each company subscribing to GoToEmployees.Com gets their own web address: companyname.gotoemployees.com.

Your implementation is handled as thoroughly as any other HRA implementation with a complete Implementation Plan and Process (IPP). We go through the IPP together to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your subscription. Your installation of HRA is customized to your unique requirements, if required your system is interfaced to your existing payroll to ensure once-only data entry, and a base set of reports are developed along with training on how to make more on your own. Security and Access for the HR Department, Employees and Managers are also reviewed and implemented as required.
