The first four versions shown above all share the same set of features. The "Lite" version has a reduced set of features and is best suited for smaller companies. The main differences between the four main versions of HRA reside with the technology being used. Selection of the best solution for your company is based upon whether you prefer a Windows networking based HRIS; a web-based HRIS; a web-based HRIS using a SQL Server back end; or an HRIS solution hosted by VP Software. VP Software will work with you to determine the best solution for you based upon your environment and your HRIS needs. Remember: All versions of HRA are inter-compatible. You can upgrade to another version at any time should your requirements change.
