Support Overview

We offer our HRA Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA) to all our HRA customers. The HRA AMA provides you with:

• Free telephone support (toll-free 1-800 number for long distance customers)
• Free software ugrades (within the same platform/technology)
• Free attendance at one of the annual conferences. We currently run two annual conferences for our customers. We have chosen to make these conferences free to our AMA customers to assist them in attending these informative sessions and to have a chance to meet and connect with other HRA users.

This highly successful program also keeps VP Software in close contact with our customers for their continual feedback for product enhancements. Typically, a version upgrade is released each year as we continue to add new features into the program based on suggestions from our existing clients, ideas we pick up from prospective clients, from the Annual Conferences and from legislative changes when they are required.
